Sounds like a class I took with the Wine School in Fairmount. Coincidence?
Well, this was our most popular class we held in June of 2008 and we re-ran it at customer request. The class was the suggestion (last year) of a friend from the International Sommelier Guild. I am certain that it is a common class during the summer months.
